Sealed bids for a Community Development Block (CDBG) project will be received by the Elk County Planning Department Office, Elk County Courthouse Annex Building, 300 Center Street, P.O. Box 448, Ridgway, PA 15853, until 3:30 PM, April 3, 2024. All bids will be held until the April 4, 2024 Commissioner’s Meeting at 10:00 AM, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. There will be no pre-bid conference.
