Founded in 1997, the mission of the council is to support economic development in Ridgway through the preservation of the community's heritage and natural resources. Since 1997, their work has resulted in multi-million dollars of investments in commercial and residential real estate, downtown beautification projects and successful recruitment of many new businesses.
