The Elk County Industrial Development Authority is a five member board that is appointed by the Board of Commissioners. The ECIDA is the steward of industrial development within the county and assists local industry by providing low cost industrial land, making low interest loans to emerging industries through a revolving loan program and also acts as a funding conduct for tax exempt and taxable bonds.
