Mission Statement

The Elk County Solid Waste Authority is responsible for facilitating Elk County's drop-off recycling program.  It is a  program that not only includes traditional recyclable materials, but also used oil, tires, white goods, household hazardous waste and electronics.  The office is also responsible for enforcing the county's solid waste ordinance.
