Please take note as of January 1, 2017 the fees for filing in the Register of Wills and Orphans’ Court has increased. The last increase to our fees was January 1, 1998. The new fee schedule can be found by clicking on the Register of Wills or the Orphans’ Court headings.
- A dog license is required for all dogs 3 months of age and older.
- Dogs must be licensed by January 1 of each year.
- Maximum fine for an unlicensed dog is $500.00.
