It is the Mission of Elk County Children and Youth Services to provide for the protection of children. When possible, and without compromising safety, we will strive to support and strengthen families in a culturally sensitive manner. Agency staff, in partnership with families, will pursue and secure safe and permanent homes for maltreated children.
