Mission Statement

The Elk County Probation Department is responsible for:

1. Supervising adult and juvenile offenders sentenced by the Elk County Court

2. Collecting fines , costs and restitution for all sentenced offenders.

3. Provides community service hours to non-profit agencies as part of an offenders sentence.
