Credit Card Payment Options

There are four different options of paying child and/or spousal support by credit card. Each of the options of paying support allows you to pay any amount toward your obligation. However, each has a fee. Please review all options below before choosing the one that best fits your payment.

  1. You may call the Pennsylvania State Collection Disbursement Unit (Pa. SCDU) and make a credit card payment over the phone.
The phone number is (1-800)955-2305. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are accepted.  The fees for this service are as follows:  2.95% for payments of $700 or less and a flat fee of $20 for payment over $700.

  2. You may pay your support online at https://www.e-childspay.com/pcsoapp/login.do. This website allows you to pay Pennsylvania support by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. There is a convenience fee of $11.75 for any support payments made through this site. The fee is charged by the website.

  3. You may pay your support on-line at http://www.ElkCountySupportPayments.com. This site accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
